(Permanent part-time role offering 12-15 hours per week) at Lansdowne Centre in

Who you are:
Customer care and service are what you’re all about. You love helping people
resolve issues by understanding what they need, troubleshooting their problems
and exploring solutions. You enjoy variety and bring strong organizational skills
and a positive attitude to everything you do.

You will be responsible to meet and greet public in welcoming manner, managing
customer service telephone lines and provide Centre directions and assistance to
customers. You will coordinate with administration to call tenants with their sales
reports and assist marketing with reporting.

What you bring
• Previous customer service experience or customer care.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to deal effectively and pleasantly with
stressful situations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel).
• Ability to take initiative and deal intuitively with situations, work well under
pressure and with minimal direction/supervision.
Bonus skills and experience
• Fluency in Cantonese and/ or Mandarin is considered a strong asset.
• Commercial real estate background.
