Can I use the app without registration?
Yes, you can use the app without registration to check news, events and offers. However, to collect points and redeem rewards, you need to register.
How long are loyalty points valid?
Your points will never expire if you make at least 1 purchase every 12 months.
Where can I check how many loyalty points I have?
You can check the number of points at the top of the homepage screen just under your profile name.
Can I transfer my points to another person?
Unfortunately, points cannot be transferred to others.
If I don’t like the reward can I give it back?
Rewards are not refundable, and points are not credited back to your account after redemption. There is no exchange or cash value to your reward.
If the reward is a discount or voucher, can I combine it with other offers or discounts for Lansdowne tenants?
Yes, you can combine these discounts and offers.
How many rewards can I redeem?
It’s possible to redeem a maximum of 5 rewards per month.
How can I redeem my points for a reward?
How can I start collecting points?
Just make a purchase at stores that are participating in our loyalty program (you can check them in the list of stores), scan and upload the receipt into the app. If the receipt is not older than 30 days and it comes from a store participating in our loyalty program you get points for dollars spent.
Will my receipt be eligible if it’s more than 30 days old?
You will only receive points for dollars spent within the last 30 days, and receipts scanned within that time.
I haven’t received points for my scanned receipt. What should I do?
Processing receipts can take up to 48 hours. After we process your receipt, you will see the accepted or declined status of your receipt.
